Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a leading E-Commerce platform. This role is based in Greece with fully paid relocation assistance. As a key member of the customer service team, you will provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, shipping inquiries, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation costs covered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
