Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Bank team based in Athens, Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity with fully paid relocation, enabling you to be part of an innovative financial services environment.
In this position, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients by providing high-quality customer service related to digital banking products, services, and inquiries. Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in ensuring effective communication and a seamless banking experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish for digital banking products and services
- Assist with account inquiries, transactions, technical issues, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Stay updated on digital banking trends, products, and regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation support provided
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking platforms is a plus
