Job Description

Position: Spanish Customer Service Agent

We are currently seeking a Spanish Customer Service Agent to join our team . As a Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently

- Educate customers on products and services offered by our clients

- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain customer records

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal)

- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to commute to 6th of October City, Egypt

- Graduates, undergrad and gap year
