YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Customer Interface Account Specialist, you will manage the service relationship with a designated Spanish speaking customer base in the vegetable sector, serving as the primary contact for these accounts.
Your responsibilities include supporting external customers, such as plant raisers and distributors, as well as internal stakeholders like sales and logistics teams. Acting as a liaison, you will provide product information and efficiently resolve issues.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathize with and advocate for their needs. Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will troubleshoot and seek information to address customer complaints. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure customer-centricity in all operations while navigating a diverse international environment. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and build relationships over the phone.
You will report to the Customer Interface Business Partner & Team Lead.
The team operates in a hybrid model, working onsite two days a week at our office in Hoofddorp (Siriusdreef 36, 2132 WT). You are welcome to come onsite more frequently if you prefer.
