As a Sales Development Representative, you will help introduce organisations across Spain to our innovative solutions and ensure that every potential customer’s first interaction with RIB reflects the quality and ambition of our brand.

Experience in inside sales, sales assistance, or customer‑service‑oriented roles, with a strong focus on nurturing and supporting existing customer and partner relationships.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners (e.g., resellers), ensuring smooth coordination and long‑term account development.
Experience working with IT sales tools, including CRM systems, data entry, data analysis, and maintaining accurate sales information.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting, documentation, and partner communication.
Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities, especially when handling multiple partner or customer inquiries simultaneously.
A customer‑centric, farmer‑oriented mindset with strong business acumen — driven by growing existing accounts, maximising value, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
Highly motivated, organised, and proactive, with a genuine desire to succeed through relationship‑building and delivering consistent value.
Native‑level Spanish (C2) and professional English (B2), combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear, professional interaction and strong relationship‑building with customers and partners.
Advantegeous
Relevant experience in the construction, technology, or software sector (or related industries); formal university education is a plus but not required — practical experience and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Familiarity with RIB Spain’s product portfolio RIB Presto or similar estimating, cost‑management, or project‑control solutions, is a valuable plus and will help you excel quickly in the role.
