The Space Optimisation Specialist drives the intersection of data-driven insights and physical retail execution.
Reporting to the Format and Optimisation Lead, this role is responsible for architecting customer-centric floorplans and planograms that maximize space productivity, enhance the "ease of shop," and strictly adhere to Endeavour Drinks’ merchandising blueprints.
By leveraging data, you will translate category strategies into high-performing layouts that deliver superior commercial outcomes and a seamless discovery experience for our customers.
