Space Cost Engineer - Government & Public Services

You will play an active role in the growth of our Government & Public Services team within the Consulting practice, contributing to the transformation of the public sector with innovative solutions that enhance its role in the new frontier of the digital economy.

We are looking for professionals with expertise in transportation planning and sustainable mobility to join strategic and innovative projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, actively participating in analysis and design initiatives to improve transportation networks and promote the adoption of innovative mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning & Budget Management Lead the implementation and coordination of corporate-level processes using advanced tools, ensuring high data quality across large teams.
• Strategic Reporting Deliver monthly updates to executive leadership and department heads on procurement and budgetary status.
• Software Deployment Shape and drive requirements for budget management tools (e.g., Anaplan), collaborating with consulting partners to implement and roll out innovative solutions.
• Cost Engineering Excellence Optimize processes, tools, and procedures across multiple program components, contributing to data management and cost analysis.
• Procurement Expertise Engage in tender evaluations, conduct cost analyses, and benchmark proposals to ensure value and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
• Experience Minimum 3 years of demonstrated expertise in relevant fields.
• Flexibility Willingness to relocate abroad for at least one year, including an attractive relocation package.
• Skills Strong analytical capabilities, team leadership experience, and familiarity with tools like COSY, Anaplan, or equivalent systems is a plus.
