About the Role:

The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is seeking a Spa Therapist / Yogi passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests. As part of our dynamic Spa team, you will provide world-class treatments and yoga sessions in line with our award-winning standards, reporting to the Spa Manager.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.

What you will do:

• Deliver professional spa treatments and yoga sessions tailored to guests' needs, ensuring a personalized and high-quality wellness experience.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to recommend and upsell treatments, packages, and retail items.
• Create exceptional guest interactions through warm, attentive, and professional service, handling requests and concerns with care.
• Ensure treatment rooms, yoga spaces, and equipment are consistently maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage bookings, guest records, and retail transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily spa operations, training activities, and teamwork while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

What you bring:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in spa therapy and yoga instruction.
• Ability to confidently lead and conduct yoga classes.
• Comfort and professionalism in performing cross-gender treatments.
• Formal training in physiotherapy, massage, or holistic treatments (preferred).
• Relevant professional certifications in Spa/Massage Therapy and Yoga instruction (e.g., 200-hour YTT), with additional qualifications in physiotherapy and holistic therapies.
• Strong command of English, with good numerical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated potential for growth, with a positive attitude and drive for development

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full time position
• 48 hours a week with one day off
