About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Casual Spa Therapist, who will lead by example, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and thrive on team work to ensure the growth of the department.

The successful applicants will have:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
• Outstanding technical skills in massage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills
• Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
• Committed to your profession and focused on connecting with your client.
• Possessing a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
• The ability to be proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.
• Experience in similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
• 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
