Spa Therapist - Mitsis Selection Alila

Location: Rhodes, Faliraki

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary

Purpose:
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of treatments to ensure our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring the smooth operation of the spa area, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver various spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guests’ needs.
• Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and closing procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in a related field (e.g., aesthetics, wellness).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
