As a Spa Therapist, you’re not just providing professional massages and body treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service

A Spa therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with Eforea Spa/Hilton standards.

Advise guest of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa. Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years prior experience as a therapist in a 5-star hotel environment

A motivated self starter, Excellent communication and client care skills, ability to work independently as a self-employed practitioner, preferably Male.

LICENCES OR CERTIFICATES

Qualification within the beauty or spa industry

Extensive knowledge in Anatomy and physiology

ITEC Qualified

CIBTAC Qualified

CIDESCO Qualified

Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification
