Key Responsibilities
Provide a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, body scrubs, and wraps, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Deliver personalized treatments to guests based on their individual needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests.
Ensure a high level of professionalism, client care, and attention to detail at all times.
Assist in maintaining spa equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Adhere to the hotel's health and safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least 2 years in a luxury hotel spa in the UAE.
Extensive knowledge of luxury spa treatments, techniques, and products.
Perform advanced treatments (HydraFacial, facials, skin analysis)
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
A valid certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment and deliver consistent, professional service.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
