About the Opportunity 

Join RACV and help create memorable wellness experiences for our members and guests. We're seeking an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist who can combine exceptional remedial massage skills with the warm, nurturing and personalised service expected within a premium day spa environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality massage treatments, body therapies and spa services.
  • Create a welcoming, guest-focused experience that promotes relaxation, wellbeing and repeat visitation.
  • Build rapport with members and guests, anticipating their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, spa facilities and presentation standards.
  • Support reception activities and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture when required.

About you

  • Qualified Spa Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage
  • Strong remedial massage capability, with the ability to adapt treatments to individual guest needs.
  • Previous experience in a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.
  • Professional, well-presented and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.
  • Flexible to work weekends and varying shifts across a 6 day operation
