About the Opportunity
One Spa Noosa is looking for a warm and dedicated Day Spa Therapist to join our professional and supportive team. In this role, you’ll help create unforgettable moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly blissful experience.

At One Spa Noosa, we offer an exclusive, thoughtfully curated treatment menu that includes indulgent massages, rejuvenating facials and advanced skin and body therapies—all delivered in a tranquil, luxurious setting. Key responsibilities for the role include:
Performing a variety of treatments with professionalism and care
Creating a calming, welcoming environment for every guest
Sharing your knowledge to recommend the best products and services
Maintaining pristine treatment rooms and spa spaces
Supporting reception with bookings and guest enquiries as needed
One Spa is open to guests and the public 7 days per week.
This is a casual position. Availability to work minimum 3 shifts per week preferred.
Extensive on-site training provided on our treatment menu.
What you’ll need to be successful
Australian recognised Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
Prior experience in a day spa environment (desirable but not essential)
Exceptional approach to customer service
Ability to actively promote, sell and upgrade products & services
Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
Blue Card – QLD Working with Children Check, (essential/ willing to obtain)
