About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca,astheSpa Therapist, you willbe responsible forenlightening the guests on various body treatments, massage techniques, and spa services and for customising the massage treatments as per the guest’s requirements.
AsSpa Therapist, you willbe responsible forthe following duties:
To deliver spa treatments while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
Tomaintaincleanliness,organization, and high service standards in the spa in line with Mandarin Oriental procedures
Toassistin various spa operations, including frontdesk, retail, and relaxation areas.
To report equipment issues andtoensureinventory iswell stocked
To attend meetings and training tomaintainprofessional standards.
To recommend andtoupsellspa products and services to enhance guest experience.
AsSpa Therapist, we expect from you:
Experience and education
License in Physiotherapy or relatedfieldis mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed spa therapist in a luxury hotel.
Technical Skills
Fluencyin English.
Working knowledge of skin care therapies, beautyproductsand trends.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings,weekendsand holidays
Attention to detail anda commitmentto delivering exceptional service
Passion for wellness and helping others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
