Four Seasons Hotel Chiang Mai is looking for Therapist who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The position reports to the Director of Spa.
Work authorization for the location is required.
What you will do
Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments, including herbal wraps, loofah treatments, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
Assist guests with information about spa services, facilities, retail products, and resort amenities.
Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in a clean, organized, and relaxing condition.
Accurately use spa schedules, logbooks, and follow payroll procedures.
Ensure safe and proper use of spa products and equipment.
Respond appropriately to emergency and safety situations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What you bring
Certified Spa Therapist or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
