We pride ourselves in working harmoniously to deliver seamless guest experiences with a curated range of high-performance aromatherapy body care and holistic skincare, recently partnering with award winning product house, Subtle Energies.

About The Role

We have opportunities for Casual spa therapists within our award-winning Spa Dreaming Centre, to provide luxurious packages and services to our guests, including relaxation massage, spa treatments and balancing therapies honoring global traditions.

Reporting to the Spa Director, our Therapist’s demonstrate exceptional standards across all spa areas in performing the booked treatments for our guests, while also providing quality customer service.

A day to day includes:

• Providing spa services including massage, facials and body treatments
• Set up, maintenance and pack down of therapy rooms in accordance with PHS procedures, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in smooth operations of the spa
• Be knowledgeable in PHS services and retail products for our guests
• Assist the Lead Therapists and Spa Manager’s where required
• Attend and participate in ongoing training and meetings
• Use your initiative to recommend process improvements where needed

About You

• Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage or Cert 4 in Massage
• Available Fridays and Saturdays
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Have clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A high level of professionalism, customer service and confidence in delivering relaxation massage
• Previous experience in a Day Spa or Resort Spa preferred
