The Role: Spa Therapist
Youll deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to discerning guests, ensuring every experience is relaxing, restorative, and aligned with five-star standards. This role is perfect for a skilled therapist who values quality, precision, and personal connection in every treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional spa and beauty treatments according to training and brand standards
Provide expert product and treatment recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales
Maintain a pristine, calm, and welcoming spa environment
Ensure guests receive personalised, attentive service throughout their visit
Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Support daily spa operations, including treatment setup and inventory checks
About You
Recognised qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy
Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5-star spa or luxury wellness environment
Proficiency with Babor products and protocols (advantageous)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Sales-driven with a warm, nurturing approach to guest care
