Spa Therapist

for Internal and External Candidates

Are you passionate about wellness, relaxation, and holistic care? We are looking for a skilled and professional Spa Therapist who will deliver exceptional treatments while creating a calm, rejuvenating experience for guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Performing a range of spa treatments such as massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness rituals according to spa standards.
• Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and well presented before and after each session.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation at all times.
• Providing a relaxing, professional, and personalized guest experience.
• Promoting spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care.
• Following spa SOPs, brand standards, and wellness protocols.
• Working closely with Spa Reception and Spa Attendants to ensure smooth operations.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
• Certified in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or relevant wellness disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of body treatments, relaxation techniques, and guest care.
• Professional, calm, and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
