Bonjour! At Sofitel Spa, every treatment is an opportunity to inspire, rejuvenate, and create unforgettable moments for our guests. As part of our dedicated team as the Spa Therapist, you’ll bring your passion for wellness, professionalism, and creativity to every interaction, ensuring each guest leaves feeling truly cared for and revitalised.

• Perform a wide range of treatments, including facials, body therapies, aromatherapy and deep tissue massages, and other signature Spa offerings, always ensuring each guest feels nurtured and rejuvenated.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists, practitioners, receptionists, and hotel colleagues to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Maintain the highest standards of personal, guest, and colleague safety at all times.
• Establish genuine rapport with guests, creating personalised experiences that foster loyalty and lasting relationships.
• Continuously expand your understanding of treatments, wellness journeys, and promotions to provide informed and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

About You

You are a passionate and dedicated wellness professional who brings both expertise and elegance to every guest interaction.

Holding a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field, you have experience within a luxury spa or wellness environment, where delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences is second nature.

With a genuine love for wellness, you take pride in the finer details, ensuring each treatment is delivered with care, precision, and a personalised touch. Your warm and engaging nature allows you to connect effortlessly with guests, while your collaborative approach fosters a positive and supportive team environment.

Impeccably presented at all times, you embody poise and sophistication, proudly representing the Sofitel brand with grace and professionalism.

Flexible and reliable, you are available to work at least one weekend day and adapt to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. And, you hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work without restriction.
