Job Description

  • Supervise spa therapists and attendants during daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling of treatments and staff assignments.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Train and guide spa team members.
  • Coordinate inventory control and ordering of spa supplies.
  • Assist in achieving spa revenue and retail sales targets.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain records.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in spa or wellness operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of spa software and booking systems preferred.
