Key Responsibilities:

• Spa Leadership: Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Team Development: Train, coach, and support spa associates while promoting a positive team culture.
• Guest Experience: Manage reservations, group bookings, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
• Operations & Inventory: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and keep the spa organized and well-stocked.
• Quality Standards: Maintain cleanliness, service excellence, and luxury spa standards throughout the facility.
• Collaboration: Work with resort departments to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.
