JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and support spa staff, including technicians, receptionists, and attendants;assistwith training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure all treatments and services meet company standards and guest expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels for spa supplies and retail products; place orders and manage stock as needed.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guestsatisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop service offerings, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Track performance metrics andassistin preparing reports related to staffing, scheduling, and guest feedback.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, ora relatedfield preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Relevant certifications in spa or wellness therapies (massage, esthetics, etc.) are a plus.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiencyin using spa booking or POS systems and basic office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
