JOB SUMMARY
Zermatt Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Spa Supervisor to lead our luxury spa and wellness operations. As a key member of the spa team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional wellness experiences for our guests while overseeing the daily operations of the spa. This role leads a team of massage therapists, estheticians, spa coordinators, and wellness professionals, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, team engagement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury hospitality, wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences while driving departmental performance and revenue growth.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Lead and oversee all daily spa and wellness operations
- Supervise, mentor, schedule, and support massage therapists, estheticians, spa coordinators, and wellness staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards
- Develop and implement spa service standards, operational procedures, and wellness programming
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery opportunities
- Monitor spa revenue, productivity, retail sales, payroll, and departmental budgets
- Collaborate with resort leadership, sales, and marketing teams to promote spa services, packages, and special events
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing spa professionals
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and licensing regulations
- Manage spa inventory, retail product offerings, and vendor relationships
- Analyze guest feedback, market trends, and operational performance to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and resort departments
- Follow all resort policies, procedures, and service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3+ years of spa management, wellness leadership, or luxury hospitality experience
- Experience managing massage therapists, estheticians, spa coordinators, and wellness staff
- Knowledge of spa operations, wellness services, retail sales, and luxury guest service standards
- Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced resort environment
- Experience with spa booking systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
