WHAT YOU’LLDO
The Spa Supervisor oversees daily spa operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. This role supports and guides team members,managesscheduling and bookings, andmaintainscleanliness and functionality across all spa areas while upholding service standards and fostering a positive, professional team environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise spa team members (receptionists, attendants,therapists), ensuring high service standards, providing coaching, supporting recruitment and training, conducting performance evaluations, andmaintainingcompliance with brand and safety standards
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, introducing services and amenities, handling VIP interactions, resolving concerns promptly, and promoting retail and upselling opportunities tailored to guest needs
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling optimization, cleanliness and functionality of all guest areas, inventory management, and collaboration with leadership to improve service efficiency and productivity
Manage retail operations bymaintainingdisplays, monitoring stock levels, supporting ordering, conducting inventory, and training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
EnsureaccuratePOS transactions, reporting, and KPI tracking, whilemaintainingorganized workspaces, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating maintenance needs to uphold a clean, serene spa environment
