Position Summary

The Spa Sales / Promotional Staff member will be responsible for promoting the company's spa services and packages, engaging with potential customers, and encouraging bookings and sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and gift vouchers to potential customers.
• Approach and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about available treatments, facilities, packages, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable spa experiences.
• Encourage bookings and generate sales opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally at promotional activities and events.
• Distribute promotional materials and support marketing campaigns when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales.
• Work closely with the spa and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about new treatments, packages, promotions, and services.
• Carry out other duties related to the role as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to actively engage with customers and promote services.
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Applicants must be residing in Malta.
