High-Performing Spa Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Base + Commission + Bonuses


We’re looking for driven, sales-focused individuals who want more than just a front desk role and want to start a position focused on sales and customer service.

💼 What You’ll Do

This is a sales-driven role focused on client experience and results:

• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members
• Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals
• Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow
• Deliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out
• Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
• Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products
