Spa Sales Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Oak Forest

Team Oak Forest is hiring a bubbly, personable Spa Sales Associate who loves people, notices the little things, and can turn a “just browsing” visit into a membership they’ll actually use.

If you light up a room, remember names, keep the desk looking sharp, and get a thrill from helping someone treat themselves, this is your stage.

Pay

$13/hour + commissions on membership sales

Evenings and weekends = your highest-earning windows

What you’ll do

• Greet every guest like they matter (because they do)
• Answer phones, book appointments, text and call with warmth and clarity
• Recommend services, products, and memberships
• Keep the spa tidy, organized, and “wow, this place is nice”
• Help leadership with client follow-up, organizing, and seasonal touches (yes, holiday decorating counts)

• Learn software quickly and stay calm when the desk gets busy

• Sound professional and kind on the phone and in person

Friday 2:15 - 8:00PM

Saturday 2:15 - 8:00PM

Part-time to start. Full-time possible based on demand and how you perform.
