The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while providing excellent customer service and a professional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with spa check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and telephone inquiries professionally.
  • Provide guests with information about spa treatments, services, and retail products.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow spa operational procedures, grooming, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in spa reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems preferred.
