About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time/ Part-Time Spa Receptionists for our award-winning Day Spa.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Day Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests or members and when required take Day Spa reservation calls and complete bookings. You will be well versed in the different services offered at the facility, so as to be able to provide adequate information to the clients of the facility and to assist guests with their queries.

Skills and experiences

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Previous experience in a spa environment preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organised and able to prioritise daily tasks.
• Possess a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, flexible and reliable.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
