THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Mandalay Bay experience. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00, plus commission
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Prior relevant experience in guest service or call center is preferred
Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
