About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a motivated Spa Receptionist Intern to join our Team for a six-months internship starting from June 2026. TheSpa ReceptionistInternwill welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, beingknowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing This positionwill schedule treatments to maximize use of time within theSpaschedule.
What you will do
Provide an enjoyable,relaxedand peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality,professionalismand friendliness.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm smileand withprofessionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to the treatment/ pool/gym area.
Support in inspecting any spa area making sure standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed. Contact promptly themanagement team if needed.
Make reservations for facial and body treatments and organize therapists’ appointments accordingly.

Schedule & Hours:
• This position is full time and available from June 2026, for six months. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
