WHAT YOU’LLDO

HawanawanaSpa invites you to join our team as a Spa Receptionist, where yourpassion for wellness and exceptional service will contribute to creating a serene, luxurious experience for our guests. The Spa Receptionistis responsible forgreeting guests and managing all aspects of their spa journey—from arranging appointments tocoordinatingarrivals and departures. This role ensures a smooth, welcoming, and relaxing environment,maintainingthe highest standards of service and professionalism in every interaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Warmly greet all guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout their spa visit

• Schedule and confirm spa appointments, ensuringaccurateandtimelycoordination

• Assistwith guest check-in and check-out processes in a courteous and efficient manner

• Respond to guest inquiries both in person and via phone or email with professionalism and care

• Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, products, and amenities

• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to support seamless service delivery

• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and tranquility of the spa reception area

• Demonstratestrong communicationskills and a genuine passion for guest care

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Weekend and Holiday availability required

• Prior experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred
