THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist at Aria, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Bellagio experience. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
Spa or salon experience is preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
