Job Description

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Spa Receptionist to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Spa & Fitness team.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.


Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure smooth and proper operation in Spa & Fitness.
  • Manage the treatment and spa facility booking effectively to maximize profits.
  • Handle guests' enquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Telephone and Reservation system management.
  • Liaise with the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager on forecasts, product and ancillary goods stock levels, and other key operating elements as necessary.


General Requirements

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Demonstrate the attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Ability to effectively multitask across guest services, system administration, cashiering, and providing professional guidance on spa treatments and services.
  • Previous reception experience in a luxury hotel or a comparable high-end environment is preferred.
