About the role:

The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.

What you will do:

• The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures.

• The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.

• The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.

• The ability to operate the computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines.

• The ability to utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.

• The ability to process outgoing mail.

• The ability to process all charges.

• The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.

• The ability to requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.

• The ability to provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.

• The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

• The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

• Responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards and reporting into the Spa Manager.

What you bring:

• One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation

• Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
