About the role
TheSpaReceptionistis responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule
What you will do
Provide an enjoyable,relaxedand peaceful spaexperience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality,professionalismand friendliness.
Greetand welcomeguests with a warm smileand withprofessionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to thetreatment/pool/gym area.Check guests’ healthprior to receiving SPA Services or accessing the SPA adjusting treatment bookings accordingly
Ensureanyspa areaisproperlyset upand fully stockedand thatthe highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed.Contact promptly the maintenance team if needed.
Make reservations for all facial and body treatments and organizetherapists’appointments accordingly.Promote the sales of SPA treatments,beautyproductsand accessories, achieving sales targets set bymanagementteam
Anticipate guestneeds,ascertainsatisfactionand respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Report any complaints to the management team.
Responsible foropening and closing the Spa, forallguests’ payments, for cashing up and other accounting procedures. Produce any reports assigned by the management team.
What you bring
A minimum of oneyearexperiencein a front office positionpreferably in aSpaluxury environment.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoingpersonalityand a can-do approach to any request.
Preferably good knowledgeofSpa and beautyproducts and services
Reading,writingand oralproficiencyin theItalian andEnglish language.

Schedule & Hours:
Full time and seasonal contract. This position is required to work in shifts.
