Job Description

Reporting to the Spa Director, the Spa Receptionist provides exceptional customer service while ensuring the well-being of guests and the tranquility of the spa. They also ensure that the facilities remain clean and safe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Spa Nordique reservations at the front desk by phone or email

• Promote the Spa’s services

• Enter treatments into the designated software

• Advise clients on products available in the Spa boutique

• Process client payments

• Ensure deposits are always accurate

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

• Use the available technologies efficiently

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, or clients across Canada – a major asset

• Experience in customer service

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

• Enjoy working with the public and maintaining a friendly approach

• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
