Colonial Williamsburg boasts a rich history as well, having hosted and entertained guests from around the world with an impressive collection of amenities including our hotels, guests homes, food and beverage outlets, championship golf courses, and spa and fitness center. The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform.
  • Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized.
  • Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications we are seeking:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience of working in a Spa and retail environment a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
