- Lead a team of skilled receptionists and therapists, ensuring they provide expert knowledge with a personal touch.
- Deliver a seamless, personalized spa journey from booking to departure.
- Follow standards and procedures while adding creativity and warmth to guest interactions.
- Recruit passionate, personable individuals who embody hospitality.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team growth and individuality.
- Maintain high service standards through clear communication, respect, and teamwork.
- Ensure staff present a polished, professional image in line with company guidelines.
