Spa Manager - Mitsis Selection Azure

Region: Halkidiki

Employment Type: Temporary / Full-time

Ref: HO/SPAMR

Purpose

As Spa Manager, you will lead the Spa team and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Spa facilities, driving the department's monthly and annual targets, both quantitative and qualitative.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily predefined reports from the hotel reception (in house list, VIP guests, repeaters, honeymooners, arrivals, weekly forecast), and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports and attends daily meetings as required by the General Manager.
• Prepares work schedules and training programmes for Spa employees, and conducts training where applicable.
• Performs pre-opening checks on the Spa and Reception area, carries out menu planning and staffing organization of the Spa, and greets, welcomes and serves Spa clients.
• Organizes retail area displays, stock levels and sales promotion of treatments (at the reception, pool, beach area, etc.).
• Ensures correct accounting and end-of-day closing procedures, supervising the closing of the cash register (day Spa, where applicable) and its handover to the main hotel reception cash register.
• Orders and receives supplies & consumables, and controls par levels of product supplies and retail.
• Organizes and supervises Spa events, lectures and promotions.

Requirements

• 4 years min experience in a relevant department – 2 years min in a position of responsibility.
• Degree in relevant subject
• Excellent knowledge of English language spoken and written
• Desirable knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Polish, French, Russian etc.)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Good knowledge of Protel, Spa programs.
