By developing the team, improving daily operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, the Spa Manager drives both employee satisfaction and business success.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $60,000.00-75,000.00 + Annual bonus
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips (Add this bullet only for tipped roles)
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture through regular feedback, recognition, and open communication.
  • Create schedules that balance business needs with employee success.
  • Lead ongoing training and professional development to support employee growth and service excellence.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service.
  • Support employees in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Operations & Business

  • Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility standards.
  • Monitor treatment utilization, retail performance, and key business metrics.
  • Collaborate on promotions, partnerships, and initiatives that grow revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to create a seamless experience for both employees and guests.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure all team members complete required onboarding, safety, compliance, and ongoing training while maintaining accurate training records.
  • Maintain operational policies, procedures, inventory controls, and financial accountability.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environment.
  • Passion for developing people and creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, operations, sales, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with spa management software and digital communication tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

The expected pay range is $60,000.00-75,000.00 + Annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
