We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our 25,000-square-foot WinStar Spa & Fitness Center. Reporting to the Spa Assistant Director, you’ll play a key role in creating a relaxing, elevated environment while leading a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.
This Schedule Is a Must
This position's schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, with no exceptions.

Salary: Starting at 60k DOE
What You’ll Do
- Support the Spa Assistant Director in leading daily Spa & Fitness Center operations.
- Lead, coach, train, schedule, and motivate spa team members while maintaining service and productivity standards.
- Help create a tranquil, polished, and welcoming environment for every guest.
- Oversee staffing, performance, payroll, inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to positive resolutions.
- Partner with Group Sales on group bookings, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor spa presentation, cleanliness, safety, and opening/closing standards.
- Conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to keep the team informed and engaged.
- Develop team members through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
- Lead by example and ensure WinStar’s service and hospitality standards are consistently reflected throughout the Spa.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of spa management experience; hotel spa experience strongly preferred.
- Current professional licensure as a cosmetologist, nail technician, massage therapist, and/or esthetician is required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Strong financial understanding with the ability to interpret operational numbers and manage within budget.
- Experience with spa reservation, scheduling, and customer management systems.
- A professional, polished presence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends and holidays.
