Job Description

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Spa Manager to join its team. As a Spa Manager, you will supervise and organize the Spa department and your team, to ensure the provision of high-quality services, in accordance with company standards and guests’ needs taken care of by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests.
  • Develop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and ensure they are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the spa budget, ensuring expenses are kept within predetermined guidelines.
  • Ensure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Promote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a spa facility in a luxury hotel.
  • Experience in sales, promotion, and marketing of spa services.
  • Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
