Our client, a well-established wellness and beauty centre in Malta, is seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the spa team, and maintaining high operational and service standards within a relaxing and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• 
  Manage, supervise, and motivate the spa team, including therapists and reception staff.
• 
  Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
• 
  Manage staff schedules, appointments, and resource allocation.
• 
  Monitor stock levels and manage ordering of spa products and supplies.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the spa facilities.
• 
  Handle client feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• 
  Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and spa packages to drive revenue.
• 
  Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
• 
  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 
  Previous experience in a Spa Manager or supervisory role within the wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry
• 
  Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 
  Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• 
  Good organisational and time management skills.
• 
  Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and products is an asset.
• 
  Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
