We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Day Spa Manager to lead our luxury One Spa, where our people and guests are at the heart of everything we do. This hands‑on role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional who loves developing teams, creating meaningful guest connections and delivering personalised, exceptional spa experiences — while balancing service excellence with strong commercial performance.

As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of One Spa, ensuring operations align with brand standards, guest expectations and commercial objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the spa while leading, developing and inspiring a high‑performing team.
