At Fairmont St Andrews, We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focusedSpa & Leisure Attendant to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless, five-star environment for our members and guests.

As Spa & Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across our spa and pool facilities, ensuring every guest experiences a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys supporting others, and understands the importance of the small details that create a luxury experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and leisure facilities to the highest standards
  • Ensuring poolside, Jacuzzi and relaxation areas are consistently clean, safe and inviting
  • Carrying out regular pool and Jacuzzi testing to ensure full compliance and guest safety
  • Supporting the upkeep of locker rooms, including cleanliness, organisation and replenishment of toiletries
  • Monitoring and maintaining linen levels, coordinating with laundry to ensure availability at all times
  • Checking and preparing lockers for guest use
  • Assisting members and guests with the use of spa facilities, including sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi
  • Ensuring all spa amenities and products are fully stocked and presented to brand standards
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or faulty equipment promptly
  • Supporting the opening and closing of spa facilities when required
  • Contributing to a positive, professional and welcoming environment for all guests and colleagues
