What you will do:

  • The ability tooperatethe Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions

  • 能够操作水疗预订系统（SpaRA系统）以及所有其他水疗管理软件功能；

  • The ability to upsell treatments to guests when booking

  • 在客人预订时能够向其推荐升级服务项目

  • The ability to ensure alldecoration always looksfresh and to Standards within the Spa reception area.

  • 能够确保水疗前台区域的装饰始终保持清新并符合标准

  • The ability to handle guest complaints and to notify spa management.

  • 能够处理客人投诉并及时通知水疗管理层。

Whatyou bring

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

  • 至少1年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。

  • Requires knowledge or the ability tooperatecomputer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Good knowledge of Word,Exceland PowerPoint

  • Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

  • Requires basic computer skills for online training
