As a Spa Experience Coordinator, you'll be that first point of welcome. You'll guide guests to the right treatments, arrange their visit down to the smallest detail, and make sure they leave more relaxed than when they arrived. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Spa, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Book, modify and cancel spa, fitness and wellness appointments in Book4Time with speed and accuracy.
Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns, take the right action, and follow up to make sure the guest is happy.
