Key accountabilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the Spa Desk responsibilities with efficient handover.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products maximizing the potential of all sales.
• Complete the daily opening and closing procedures professionally and accurately as set by the Spa Management team.
• Organize scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability.
• Ensures elevated services recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles and a focus on Life Lived Best Operating Principles.
• Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience.
  

General requirements

• Working experience in luxury hotels or Spa’s front of house or reception .
• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people.
• Knowledge in using spa computerized booking systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
